About Ladan

J. Ladan Nabet, Licensed Acupuncturist Baltimore Timonium chronic pain

In my twenties I found myself in a health crisis, facing chronic pain with more questions than answers. My healing process led me to explore many therapeutic approaches and inspired me to study and share some of them with you today.

I am drawn to efficient tools and techniques that nurture the body's inherent resiliency and capacity to heal. I work with the body from a holistic framework that recognizes the environmental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual contributing factors to wellness. I value an integrative medical approach, utilizing the best of modern and traditional medical systems, as well as a team-based approach to care.

My Approach

The clinical care I provide is an integration of centuries old, time-tested techniques with modern, leading-edge tools:

  • Awareness-based, interactive bodywork for nervous system regulation and re-patterning
  • Trauma informed treatment approaches
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Varied Acupuncture Techniques including Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture, Trigger Point & Motor Point Release
  • Tui Na and Advanced Bodywork

To maximize the benefits of these tools and techniques, I work with one client at a time and do not double book or alternate your session time with other clients. This allows me to give your needs the full attention and focus they deserve and increase the potency of our time together.
