Aligning with your Body's Intelligence

Relational, process oriented somatic attunement sessions to support:

shifting from fatigue and inflammatory body states to healing and replenishment
transforming habitual responses to stress, chronic pain and illness
resetting patterns held in the body from your
pre/perinatal times (pre-conception, conception, gestation, birth, after birth), childhood, adolescence, and/or adulthood
connecting with your ancestral lineage wisdom to shift longstanding personal and professional challenges
presencing and supporting how your body is affected by ongoing collective and systemic stresses.

Sessions are rooted in cultivating the capacity to feel, be with and follow one's body wisdom. The tools of this work are sourced from leading edge nervous system and somatic trauma resolution techniques (Alchemical Alignment, Polyvagal Theory) and Traditional East Asian Medicine. Sessions typically begin with stabilizing and orienting to the present moment and aligning with your intentions. They unfold to meet the ways your physical and energetic body hold undigested life experiences.

Reawaken Personal Power, Nurture Purpose and Gifts

Energy readings for:

shifting persistent, stuck patterns and recurring negative beliefs
connecting with the wisdom and guidance of your well ancestors and sacred support.

After learning more about your intention for an energy reading, the session will explore energetic and ancestral factors which may be affecting your intentions and shed light on potent possibilities for transforming them.

Readings can offer new perspectives, as well as illuminate energy dynamics and possibilities at play in life circumstances. They are not predictive or prescriptive. They are intended to offer support to connect with the path of your true self, embodiment and choice. Please note, however, that I am not able to predict what guidance and information will come through for you during a session, and cannot guarantee responses to specific inquiries.

Booking Sessions & Fees

All sessions are virtual. Your Zoom link is included in your session confirmation.

Before your first session, please review these tips on How to Prepare for a Session.

The initial session is 1 hr and 45 minutes*. We'll discuss your intentions for the session and relevant history, do a piece of work, and discuss next steps. (*Alchemical Alignment students and graduates are welcome to book a 60 or 90 minute session for your initial session.)

Follow up sessions are typically booked for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. (How often to book sessions.)

Package Rates

For ongoing work, whether that be a series of sessions (minimum 3) or working together for an agreed upon period of time (typically 3, 6, 9 or 12 months), session rates during this period are:

Package rates apply after the initial session and we've discussed the optimal container for our work together.

I do hold several spaces in my schedule for working with folks on a sliding scale and can offer them per availability. Please contact me to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is the full cost of the appointment (except in the cases of emergencies, sudden illness and birth work).

No Shows are responsible for the full cost of the session.
