Working Together
- Prioritizing You in 1:1 sessions
I work with one client at a time, not alternating your session time between clients. Your needs deserve our full attention and focus! - Integrating Acupuncture, Bodywork & Body Awareness Practices
This is my specialty. Let's slow down, tune in and re-establish your best alignment.
How many sessions will I need?
If acupuncture is helpful for your health concerns, you'll typically begin to notice positive changes within 1-3 sessions.
Generally speaking, I recommend a series of 6-8 sessions to give acupuncture a fair try and develop a plan of care that fully addresses your concerns.
New issues typically improve in this timeframe.
Chronic issues and when multiple issues are present can take 2-3 months to address the root, however, you will still typically begin to notice positive changes in 1-4 sessions.
Initially we'll meet weekly or biweekly. As your symptoms improve, sessions are scheduled a few weeks apart.
Once your symptoms have resolved and you've met your goals, acupuncture is a great way to maintain your health! I recommend monthly or seasonal appointments (every three months) to proactively cultivate well being and optimize your health.

Please complete a Client Questionnaire for your appointment.

Other Offerings
I also offer non-medical services focused on learning how to work with strong sensations and under-responsive areas of the body, as well as cultivating embodied resilience. These sessions are opportunities to gently explore your somatic landscape and support you in understanding the unique ways your body holds chronic personal and cultural stress, trauma, and inherited family conditioning.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees, with the exception of medical and family emergencies, illness and dangerous weather. Forgotten appointments (no shows) and those cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are responsible for the full out-of-pocket rate for the scheduled service. Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
