Coming Home to the Body

Sessions typically begin with stabilizing and orienting to the present moment and aligning with your intentions. They are relational and interactive. They unfold to meet what is arising in the physical body and energetic body and how your body holds undigested life experiences. 

The tools of this style of process work are drawn from cutting edge, experiential nervous system healing techniques, somatic trauma resolution and Traditional East Asian Medicine to help you:

  • shift from cycles of inflammation and exhaustion to healing and replenishment
  • transform your body's habitual responses to ongoing stresses and chronic symptoms from injuries, surgeries, and illness
  • reset difficult patterns held in your nervous system from your pre/perinatal times (pre-conception, conception, gestation, birth, after birth) through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood
  • discover tools to liberate how your body is affected by ongoing systemic forces and threats, such as racism, classism, sexism, and homophobia
Booking Sessions

All sessions are virtual. A Zoom link will be sent to you via email at the start of your session time. If you would prefer to connect by phone or WhatsApp, please let me know in advance of your session.

Before your first session:

The initial session is 1 hours and 45 minutes. The first session focuses on touching base about relevant history, engaging with your healing process, and discussing next steps.

Follow up sessions can be booked for 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. Zoom links are sent via email at the start of your session time.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is the full cost of the appointment (except in the cases of emergencies, sudden illness and birth work).
