Acupuncture & Manual Therapy

My practice is out-of-network. I can provide you with a superbill  (receipt with medical codes) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for your own documentation. 

You have the right to receive a good faith estimate for out-of-pocket medical costs. Self pay rates are:

• New Client Comprehensive Evaluation & Treatment (1h 45 min): $200
  (If you haven't been to my practice for more than 3 years, please schedule a new client session to re-establish care.)
• Acupuncture & Integrated Bodywork Follow up (55 min): $135
• Tui Na Manual Therapy & Acupressure (55 min): $150
• Extended Acupuncture, Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Follow up,
  or New Presenting Issue (80 min): $170
• Acupuncture Follow up (55 min): $100
• Add-on Gua Sha or Cupping (25 min): $65

Payment & Health Insurance Coverage:

Initial sessions require payment when booking your appointment. Follow up sessions can be paid when booking or at your sessions. All sessions are secured with a credit card and are charged in the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice or a no show. A credit card is required to book all appointments. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA cards. For in person sessions, payment can also be made by check and by bank account direct transfer when invoiced.

Because these sessions focus on cultivating well being, are educational in nature and do not include a Traditional East Asian Medicine assessment, they are not reimbursable by health insurance or HSA/FSA plans. 

Initial Sessions require payment in full when booking. Payments for follow up sessions can be made when scheduling or at your appointment.

Sliding Scale: I hold several spaces to work with folks on a sliding scale. Please contact me about availability.

Pattern Healing Session

Virtual only (90 min): $225
Your initial session includes a 30 minute post session check-in which can be booked 3-10 days afterwards. Book Now

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 48 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is the full cost of the appointment, except in the cases of emergencies and illness.

No Shows are responsible for the full cost of the session.
