The Process

I connect with wise and compassionate spirit guides who support your healing intentions, sovereignty, and the places you live and work.

Sessions are available virtually and in person.

Ancestral Reconnection might be for you when:

• Something feels "too much" to manage
• You're trying to share your unique magic, but feel blocked, depleted or unsupported
• An aspect of life feels unclear or unlucky despite all your efforts
• You long to feel at home and connected to your roots.

Land Reconnection might be for you when:

• You feel unsettled in your house, office, or farm
• Where you live or work has a painful history. You want to feel peaceful, and wonder if there's something you could do to help. 
• You're committed to land stewardship or rewilding, and seek guidance from a deeper relationship with the spirits of the land.

The process can illuminate hard to see, far reaching roots of your stuck places.

It nurtures your direct connection with spiritual support and guidance, too.

What's Not A Good Fit

My approach and training isn't appropriate when you're experiencing major crisis or fragile health. 

Getting Started

A good intro is to start with an initial session. We'll connect with spirit guides and do some healing work. At the end of the session, you'll receive recommendations about next steps.

Working with the spirit world is a relational process that deepens over time. Folks are typically best supported over a series of sessions.
