Scheduling & Fees

Office Hours are by appointment, usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday between 10am-5:30pm EST.

Please allow 48 hours to receive responses to emails, not including weekends.

Payments

• Sessions are secured with a credit card and charged in the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice or a no show.
• Payments can be made when scheduling or at your appointment.
• HSA/FSA cards can only be used for acupuncture and bodywork.

Acupuncture & Bodywork

Insurance Coverage: My practice is out-of-network. I can provide you with a superbill (receipt with medical codes) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for your own documentation. 

Self pay rates are:

• New Client Session (1h 45 min.): $250 
  (If you haven't been a client for more than 3 years, please schedule a new client session to re-establish care.)
• Follow up (60-75 min): $150
• Extended 90 min/Reassessment (90 min): $185

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give 48 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is the full cost of the appointment, except in the cases of emergencies and illness.

No Shows are responsible for the full cost of the session.
